Time to get the beer bottled...
Have an IPA which has stopped fermenting as it ready to bottle. British style using fuggle and goldings hops. Dry hopped for about a week with goldings.
Next had to prime and move to a secondary.
Doesn't that color look nice?!?
First into mini-kegs (5-liter) with air pressure valves to avoid excess carbonation
Next into bottles and capping
... and lastly a well earned beer!!!
