Fermentation on Flower (Blümli) Pale Ale looks great!
I went back to my brew area to bottle a nice Stout I'd made and was surprised to see that the Flower Pale Ale (made with Linden and Elderberry flowers) which I'd put into the fermenter the evening before was going full speed! I pitched 13g of Mauribrew Ale 514 dry yeast into the beer at the temprature of 21C the evening before. Before fermentation the beer had a sweet taste with a slight flowery aftertaste. I'm looking forward to tasting it after fermentation is complete.
