Once the control panel was ready, than I added a 3-phase, 240v, 4500w heating element and a thermometer probe. I also drilled a recirculation port at the top of the pot and installed a quick connector.
I put the control panel and pots on a rolling brewery cart I built from some old wood I had in the barn.
After that, I mounted the pumps, built and mounted a frame (to support a heavy and wet brew bag), and added a manual wench
